Continuing Airworthiness

Airworthiness Management Organization Concord Aerotechnic is an organization certified by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, and has a certificate of Part-M approval number UA.MG.0088. Certification authority of the organization includes the airworthiness management of the following aircraft types:

Boeing 737 “Classic” Series (100/200/300/400/500)

Boeing McDonnell Douglas MD-80 Series

What is included

Airworthiness Management Subcontract

Receiving and return of aircraft

Services are provided for operators and lessors of both new and used aircraft.

Pre-sale inspection of aircraft and technical data

Act as a representative of the operator or lessor

Act as a representative during the maintenance and repair of individual elements: engine, landing gear, etc.

Reliability analysis and preparation of relevant documentation

Preparation of aircraft technical data in accordance with the terms of return

Verification and management of technical data

Creation of engineering orders for maintenance

Preparation of task packages for base and line maintenance

Maintain Engine Health Monitoring program

Development of documents related to airworthiness

Guidance documents, maintenance programs, reliability programs, minimum equipment lists (MEL), technical log books, test instructions, etc.

Support during aircraft entry-into-service

This includes negotiating sales and warranty contracts, acceptance of aircraft, technical personnel training, and technical support for qualified maintenance personnel.

Technical support of the client’s fleet

It includes the services by certified maintenance personnel on-site or remotely, fault analysis, analysis of service documentation and airworthiness directives, as well as preparation of documentation.
